So over at Paper Craft Planet I am doing a Challenge- What makes you think of Spring/Summer. You choose at least 3 items from the list and then create something with the items from the list. The winner will be randomly selected on Monday June 1st. Anyone is welcome to particpate.
The challenge is to use those products to create a work of art. It could be a card, scrapbook page, mini album, 3-D project, anything goes. There will be a random drawing to determine the winner and then they will get a goody of some sort. Hope you play.
Freebies for this challenge are

So for my choice I decided to go with Gardening, Mowing, Spring Cleaning, School is Out, Color, and Fertilizer. Below is the scrapbook layout I made and detail photos of the journal box.
Alexis loves Hannah Montanna and she got lots of presents for her birthday.
On the right side middle is my journal box closed. I had lots of pictures and wanted to try and keep it to a 2 page spread.
Here is a close up fo the journal box closed
Here the flap is completely open. The hardest part was getting the measurements right so it would open and close easily.
Can't waite to see what you create.
Always find your happy place
