Cards for Club this weekend
Here are some cards that I am creating for my club on Saturday--I didn't plan on circles being the focus, it just happened--All paper, ink, and stamps are from Close To My Heart--You can find any of the supplies on my website. The first two cards use scraps--I thought that was a good idea for anyone to learn--Each strip is 3/4 inches wide-I cute the strips to 6" long--then arrange the stips before gluing and turning the card upside down to cut the extra paper off-- the cat is actually pink, but looks orange in the picture.
This card is made using circle stencils --You can create your own with a punch or any electronic cutting system--then you use either daubers or sponges to add the color--Love the affect.
The card below is made with a punch as well--I punched out the circle and punched a circle in a contrasting color--stamped the image and used liquid class --My original idea was a balloon, but I think it ended up looked more like a flower The small butterflies and bird are out of our Annual Inspiration Book
I hope you like these cards-- I am always looking for ideas on Pinterest-- check out my boards if you like what you see.
Thanks
I hope to post more in January--It was a rough fall due to illness and work!
