Christmas Cards Keep Coming

I make Christmas cards of all types. I like to pick cards that I know my friends would like. I mail out lots of different cards.  I really like how this card turned out.

This card uses Stamps from Stampin Up
The sentiment comes from Peaceful Seasons Stamp set

I colored the reindeer with

Love how they turned out
My card design is loosely based on this sketch idea.

Below are  the different stages of the completion of the card.

I makes Christmas Cards year round. I make them with papers that aren't always considered Christmas, but this year Stampin Up has provided product that has been easy to use for Christmas

This Card uses Stamps and Dies from Winterly Tree Tops
I love this card because it is not a traditional Christmas Card.

Hope you enjoyed today's Card. Leave me a comment and or share what your favorite cards are to make.

Spotlight on Nature Dies

I love these Circle Dies. They are so easy to make and they go with so many other things.

The dies are available by themselves or can be purchased with the Stamp Set Spotlight on Nature.  When you purchase the die and stamp set you will get a discount.

This Card uses the dies and the Stamp Set.  I love using the same dies in different sizes together to create a background for my card.

For this card I used the Spotlight on Nature Dies to create a background, but I used the Hearts & Hugs Stamp Set for the  cute Critter in the Middle

Beautiful Stamps, ink , paper

I love the Spotlight on Nature stamp set.  It just speaks to my artistic side. I also used the circle dies from Spotlight on Nature. The Hello is from Irresistible Blooms

Front view-  This is what  I call a box fun fold card.
Basic instruction
Base is 5 1/2 X 9 3/4
Scored at 1 1/4, 2 3/4, 4 1/8 - then flip it and score at 4 1/4
The folds create the box and it folds flat the mail.

The DSP is Unbounded Beauty in the new in Colors. The colors used are Petunia Pop and Summer Splash.

All supplies are Stampin' Up

Spotlight on Nature by Stampin' Up

Spotlight on Nature has become one of my  new favorite stamps and dies.  I love the art feel to the stamp set. The dies that go with it are very cool circles. Petunia Pop and Summer Splash are also my new favorite colors.

Below are some cards I have been making using all the products mentioned above.

The card below is my take on a simple card-- I uses ink, paper, stamps, and markers.

The hello is from Irresistible Blooms Stamp Set

The Card above is also a simple card  that uses just stamps, ink, paper, markers, and very small strips of DSP from Unbounded Beauty Paper

The stamp set can be purchased on its own

Don't like the stamp set, but want the dies-- Not a problem-- the dies can be purchased separate.

Check back Monday to see more cards I have created.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge #573

I am always creating, but rarely join a challenge.  I wanted to branch out and try new things and I follow Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge on Facebook

So...

I rotated the card and mixed it up a little.  Still used  a printed paper
from Close To My Heart's  Spring Gnome Collection and Honey Bunny paper Collection

The sentiment is from a retired Close To My Heart Stamp set.

April Stamp of the Month Little Hedge Hogs-- Easel Card

This stamp set is soo cute I have made lots of cards using it.

Today I want to share a card I used that doesn't use the hedge hog.

It is a variation of an Easel Card.

Above is the image of the card  closed.  You can see the fold in the card that goes diagonal

from corner to corner.  The Hello comes from the Little Hedgehogs stamp set.  The paper is Honey Bunny Paper

The picture above shows the inside of the card.  The flower and leaves are also from the Little
Hedgehog Stamp Set.  The colored paper is Honey Bunny Coordinating Cardstock.
The picture above shows the card open .  This is a simple and quick card.
The images on the front need to be something that is not
directional.  That is one of the reasons there is not
a Hedgehog on the front of the card.

Thanks for stopping in.
