Tried out a new Technique from Technique Junkie. The card is colored using the Van Gogh technique. I used Copic markers.
It is very cool, but it took me awhile to get it like I wanted. All paper is Close To My Heart. The saying in the top right corner is from D1350 Tender Tags ( only available from CTMH this month) Charlie Daisy is from Clear Dollar Stamps.
